A straightforward event to organise

Organising a company activity involves finding something that caters to various personalities, experience levels, and interests. It also requires sorting out the practical details without turning the activity itself into another project.

StoryForgers handles the game. We provide a professional Game Master, prepare the adventure, explain the rules, and supply the characters and materials needed for the session. You just need to gather the group and find a suitable place to play.

Let us know your preferred date, location, number of participants, and the type of occasion you are planning. We will assist you in finding a practical setup, allowing you to enjoy the event rather than spending the entire time managing it.

2.

We connect you

We locate a professional Game Master whose style, experience, and availability suit your group. We then tailor the adventure to match your group, occasion, and preferences.

3.

Begin your adventure

Your Game Master will either come to your location or join you online with the story, characters, and game materials. Settle in, make your choices, and let the adventure commence.

  • To bolster your team or ease the tension
  • Discover new sides of each other
  • Also suitable for schools and libraries!

Your colleagues embark on a self-contained D&D or tabletop RPG adventure led by a professional Game Master. Together, they navigate an unfamiliar scenario, encounter memorable characters, make choices, and see how their decisions shape the story.

We handle all the preparation, rules, characters, and game materials. Complete beginners are welcome, and participants do not need to act, perform, or have any prior knowledge of tabletop games before the event.

The session can utilise one of our existing adventures, incorporate minor adjustments for your occasion, or be tailored around a custom idea. We will discuss the format, any additional preparation, and related costs with you in advance.

Don't just take our word for it.
Here’s what our clients have to say:

Dayron is incredible! From our very first session, he has helped a group of inexperienced beginners discover a love for this form of storytelling. His talent for embodying different characters truly immerses us in the narrative. His understanding of the game mechanics is outstanding and has aided us all in learning the game. Overall, he is a wonderful person and feels like part of the family. I would recommend anyone interested in D&D or wanting to give it a go: Dayron is the one for you!

Paulo

What an incredible session! Everything was spot on. Béranger adapted brilliantly to our beginner level. He provided information when needed without steering our story too much. He was very friendly and supportive. Everyone got involved and left with a fantastic memory of the experience.

This was our first session, but we're already keen to book another one!

Laura

We thoroughly enjoyed playing D&D for the first time. Beforehand, Bowie provided us with plenty of information and answered our questions promptly. The game itself was very well organised, and he allowed everyone the space to explore, ask questions, and play. There was a significant difference in experience among our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds, but everyone had their moment, and we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Sandra

An activity for everyone to participate in

A good company event should not rely on physical fitness, specialist knowledge, or being at ease performing in front of colleagues. During a tabletop RPG, everyone joins in from around the same table and can contribute in their own way.

Some players enjoy speaking as their character. Others prefer solving puzzles, making plans, noticing clues, or simply describing what they want to do. Both approaches work equally well. The Game Master explains what matters and keeps everyone engaged without putting people under unnecessary pressure.

This makes the activity suitable for mixed groups that include enthusiastic gamers, complete beginners, quieter participants, and those who never expected to enjoy a fantasy adventure.

Tailor it to the event

A tabletop adventure can serve as the main activity during a company outing, an evening programme at an offsite, a department celebration, a holiday event, or a creative part of a conference or company day.

You can choose one of our existing D&D one-shot adventures, request a specific atmosphere, or ask us to weave in details related to your organisation or occasion. This could be a fantasy heist for a finance team, an expedition focused on innovation, or a narrative celebrating a significant company milestone.

Customisation can range from a few familiar references to a completely original scenario. The game should still feel like an adventure rather than a corporate presentation, so we ensure any business details fit seamlessly into the story.

A single table or a complete company event

A tabletop RPG is typically most enjoyable with four to six players per Game Master, although one table can accommodate up to eight participants. This allows everyone ample chances to make decisions and engage in the adventure.

For larger corporate events, we can provide multiple Game Masters and split participants across several tables. Groups can embark on different adventures or participate in sessions linked by a common theme or goal.

We can host games at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Let us know your expected group size and location, and we will assist in determining a suitable format. If collaboration and team dynamics are the primary focus of the event, consider our D&D team-building experience.
